PCB Assembly

Specialising in low cost machine prototyping for both SMT and Conventional Through Hole assemblies, we not only assemble your product for initial testing, but in the process prove it's compatability or 'Design for Manufacture' when it goes to larger production runs thus ensuring the best possible cost solution and keeping maximum profit in your pocket. Once any machine program is entered any changes can be quickly implemented with the minimum of fuss and cost.

We machine assemble any number of units from singles to many hundreds coupled with hand assembly and wave soldering for the through hole parts and final enclosure fitting.

We regularly assemble using 01005, 0201, 0402, etc, all super fine pitch SMT, QFP's, QFN's and micro pitch BGA devices. Our 2 Samsung SM411F, dual head, high speed chip shooters enable us to improve on usual throughput and timescales with incredible accuracy and speed and they both do 0201 as standard and PoP - Package on Package. Our SM321 has a very large footprint making it capable of placing boards as large as 600mm x 500mm with, of course Samsung accuracy.

We have a segregated super ESD safe area, pictured below right, for specific client requirements.

Inspection

Nothing leaves our factory without full inspection, which includes X-ray on every board with a BGA or QFN fitted thus ensuring the highest quality throughout.

Test

We have full and complete test facilities and working with our customers we complete the assembly cycle ensuring the product is despatched fully functional.

Engineering

Our in-house Engineering Machine Shop enables us to build or machine boxes and enclosures for your products with complete control.
